Our state-of-the-art mobile harvest trailer in South Dakota can process up to 10 cattle with precision and care. Choose wet or dry aging in our modern facility, tailored to your preferences. Be onsite with your animal to ensure humane treatment and confirm you receive your meat. We offer both Custom Exempt and USDA harvest and processing services for your peace of mind.
